Weight Loss Challenge Update

Lost 2lbs (1.45%) in the first week. 3 weeks to go. My plan this week is to continue to eat well and add more exercise. I'm dying for chips and can not manage to walk past them at the grocery store.

Will I make my 10lb goal or was I aiming too high? I'm sure you've all got lots of tips and suggestions for me. Feel free to add your comments and help me out!
